Biomechanics in sports is musclular, joint, and skeletal actions of the body during the execution of a given task, skill and/or technique. Proper understanding of biomechanics relating to sports skill has the greatest implications on: sports performance, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, along with sports mastery. 

E3 Athletics isn't your typical run, jump, sprint and lift facility program.  Our approach is rooted in science and methodologies utilized across numerous sport disciplines to improve movement and physiological sport specific performance output. Simply, we help youth perform the skills and movements vital to their specific sport, at a higher level. 


We assess and measure all participants pre-program to establish base-line metrics,  and beyond to effectively gauge progress and performance milestones.
